Hit the gym @ SAFTI after lessons ended early today. Ran on the threadmill and then did bicep curls and crunches.

The horror of the day came when I weighed myself. I'm a heavier 73.5kg!!! Gawd! Gotta keep the weight down...I've been consciously taking less carbs during lunch especially. Seldom each lunch before the CSC but been doing it everyday since AMTAC. Well, I guess what they said is true, it's easier to get your weight down then maintaining it.
I also felt a bit of strain on my right angkle. Gotta keep watch on that one. And today's run felt more breathless than usual. I ran at 11km/h initially and then went down all the way to 8km/h towards the end! Never done that before. Usually I try not to go below 10km/h but I'd rather finish the run till 20mins (the minimum I always do) then drop out halfway...
